The Caribou Café has the distinction of devoting an entire floor as a restaurant.
We offer quality meals in a comfortable and spacious environment, particularly suitable for groups (students, professionals, families...). A mini-bar and a charming little patio complete this unusual trapper-style area, which is decorated with pairs of skis, base-ball gloves, ice-skates and old lanterns. But if you prefer the atmosphere of the ground floor pub, tables can also be set there.
In culinary terms, most of the dishes are of Canadian inspiration, some of them in accordance with original Quebec recipes (maple cake, for example).
A variety of North American ingredients are imported, such as cranberries, maple syrup or cornflowers. The menus and home-produced dishes change over time and according to season, but one can always find the traditional camemberts, cuts of bison, poultry dishes, salads, hamburgers, fried dishes, salmon, gambas and tarts, all of which contribute to the charm and the reputation of the establishment. And if that is not sufficient, there are always the beverages to be had in our pub.. Take a look here at our menu !
